A one-hour interval training class consisting of:
Strength Training and Cardio for any age 18+
Modifications are always taught, and everyone works at their own pace!
A Variety of Strength Training Using:
- Dumbbells for upper & lower body
- Cyndi B’s Groove Dances - all done to the length of one song
- Low-impact aerobics (Retro Aerobics)
- Ending with an AB workout and stretching
Workout Equipment Needed:
- Dumbbells
- Ankle Strength Bands
- Workout Mat
To keep it interesting, you just never know what mix-up of strength training or cardio you will get!!!!
